Dom's associates are Miles' former students, who Dom requires as he has given up being the dream architect for reasons he won't disclose. Dom's primary associate, Arthur, believes it has something to do with Dom's deceased wife, Mal, who often figures prominently and violently in those dreams, or Dom's want to "go home" (get back to his own reality, which includes two young children). Dom's work is generally in corporate espionage. As the subjects don't want the information to get into the wrong hands, the clients have zero tolerance for failure. Dom is also a wanted man, as many of his past subjects have learned what Dom has done to them. One of those subjects, Mr. Saito, offers Dom a job he can't refuse: to take the concept one step further into inception, namely planting thoughts into the subject's dreams without them knowing. Inception can fundamentally alter that person as a being. Saito's target is Robert Michael Fischer, the heir to an energy business empire, which has the potential to rule the world if continued on the current trajectory. I have the highest of regards for Nolan, his vision, Di Caprio and other individuals involved in the project. But was that?
Re-hash of existing ideas, poor editing, emotionless dialogs and lack of "film" feel.
It would have been better as an animated movie.
Leo was not caste right for this role. He needed someone older/mature for this. Norton, Clooney, Daniel Day Lewis, have been much better for this.
In the end, you have 2001 Space Odyssey, Goodfellas, Shutter Island, Matrix and Memento in one is just puke after eating good food from different cuisines.
I bet Twilight fans are happy. I was banking upon this film to show-off what real cinema is. But sorry, Nolan better get back to basics and keep things simple and relative. That is what he is good at. This was Micheal Bay Nolan's.
All I can say is, after reading 100s of positive reviews and the hype, this movie should be re-named Deception...

Inception achievement minecraft. An always-tense, extremely suspenseful sci-fi action film that respects a viewer's of the best things about Nolan is that he writes his own material. He is in total control of the story. He isn't interpreting someone else's vision, he's translating his own thoughts to the screen.
Nolan is so eager to make the movie work as an action blockbuster that he sacrifices storytelling to set pieces. Still, what set pieces.

Inception torrent. This movie is truly breath taking and one of the best in a long time. It is beautiful aesthetically and the score written for it is powerful. Leonardo does an amazing job in his role and portrays his character with sheer genius. I've seen it twice already this week and I normally don't like seeing the same movie twice in one years time, let alone a week. I would recommend this movie to any one that likes to really watch a movie and pay attention to every detail. Do not go to see this if you are just a casual movie watcher and cant pay attention for very long. It is very easy to pay attention to though in my opinion. i would not take a date to see this, go with friends that are into movies or see it on your own.
